WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
Our control room operates 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
WHO DO I CALL IF I’M IN AN EMERGENCY?
Call our 086 174 2778 number to speak to a consultant. All calls are recorded for quality control and training purposes.
DO YOU PROVIDE CLIENTS WITH REPORTS?
Yes, for each incident that our control room manages, a comprehensive report is written. Our reports have received compliments from numerous insurance companies.
DO YOU MONITOR CLIENT SPECIFIC PLATFORMS?
Yes. We understand that each client has spent time creating and optimizing their platform according to their business model. As a standard, our team will assess each platform, create a training file and obtain the approval from the client before allocating and training resources.
DO YOU HAVE A VESA CERTIFICATE?
Vesa certificates are issued to tracking companies, for tracking devices. Afrisist is not a tracking company and does not sell tracking devices, therefore we do not have a VESA certificate. We are however a recognised VESA control centre and recovery provider.
HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR SERVICES?
We prefer to tailor our pricing according to our clients specific needs. We understand the diversity of our clients and therefore aim to offer a sustainable solution to them.
IS YOUR CONTROL ROOM ACCREDITED?
Yes. Our control room is fully accredited and adheres to all functionality required by the industry.
